In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Personalisation adds one working day: 2–3 working days once details are confirmed.

Courier transit after dispatch: metro cities 4–5 working days; other cities and towns 7–8; remote locations 12–14. Working days: Monday–Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays. Initial delivery and COD are free.

We currently do not ship outside India. 

Request a normal exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery for an unused, non-personalised product with tags and accessories. No change-of-mind refunds. Choose an equal- or higher-priced replacement; the original amount actually paid after discounts is credited, with any difference payable. Discount codes do not apply to the replacement.

For the first normal exchange, you pay return shipping and PINBALL pays replacement delivery. Further exchanges require both courier charges, agreed beforehand. Verified wrong, damaged or defective deliveries have separate refund or replacement remedies and PINBALL covers approved courier costs.

You can purchase on our website using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallets.

Once PINBALL issues store credit to your account, use it towards a purchase as follows:

1. Sign in to your PINBALL account using the email address to which the credit was issued. Check your available balance in your account.
2. Choose your products. Select any required size, variant or personalisation, then click Add to cart & use store credit on the product page. If your products are already in your cart, click Checkout using store credit instead.
3. Review your cart on the “Use your store credit” page, then click Continue to Shopify checkout.
4. Apply your credit. At checkout, select Apply store credit if it has not already been applied. Review the credit used, discounts, taxes and final amount due before placing your order. Pay any remaining amount using an available payment method. If credit covers the full total, no additional payment is needed.

The store-credit buttons appear when you are signed in and have an available credit balance. Adding products to your cart does not spend credit; credit is used when you complete your order.

Offers can differ from the regular checkout. Review the final total before placing your order.
